Our Mission
Our mission is to create a community of high-performing and diverse tech professionals in London. We do this by delivering world-class accelerator programmes and connecting our community with remarkable jobs.
As a part of their development, our intrapreneurs will share their learning to inspire and teach young people from underrepresented groups within tech. The profits from our programme sales are then dedicated to supporting those same young people with their own journey.
In short: we harness the power of our network to instigate a cycle of social change.

Debra has 20+ years of experience. An Executive Director at a global media company for 9 years and served as a Fiduciary Executive Director for 6 years in an entrepreneurial environment. Thus, Debra adds much expertise and knowledge to the Accelerator Programme.
James Bridgwood
Recruitment Consultant
James graduated from university in 2021. Having studied Music and Enterprise, he wanted to launch his career in an exciting role that combined his interests in people and business. He loves being able to support people with their career aspirations, and working with innovative tech companies to help grow their teams.
